In a recent study, Prof. LEI Fumin from the Institute of Zoology, together with researchers from Chicago's Field Museum and Zhejiang University, revealed that genomic attributes are correlated with life history traits in Neoaves, the avian clade that makes up over 95% of all extant bird species.
