China's Tallest Tree Found in Tibet with Height of 83.4 Meters

China's tallest tree, scientifically named Abies ernestii var. salouenensis, in Tibet Autonomous Region's Zayu County, southwest China, is 83.4 meters tall according to a Chinese scientific expedition team. The tree was found in a virgin forest in Zayu, and is estimated to be 380 years old. (CGTN)
