Introduction to IHEP  

The Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences owns the largest particle physics laboratory in China. It is the professional home of more than 1,500 full-time staff and more than 900 postdoctoral fellows and graduate students. As particle physics is a highly collaborative and international field, IHEP also has partnerships and experimental collaborations with dozens of universities and research institutions in China and around the world.

About the event at CERN  

This event will provide insights into career opportunities at IHEP, with short presentations from different IHEP departments. Presentations will cover available positions and research programs related to the JUNO, BES, CEPC, CSNS, HEPS, LHAASO, AliCPT, eXTP, HERD, ATLAS, CMS, and LHCb experiments, as well as with accelerators, computing, and other areas. The event will also include a discussion session to answer questions from the audience .    

Individuals from all experiments and sectors at CERN are welcome to attend in person.   

Registration is free and coffee and snacks will be served during the break.
