Scientists of the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences have developed a new preparation and production technology for nano PAC, of which (Al13+Al30)>70%. The production process was fully automated and reutilization of the acid gas and acid water from the production process has been achieved. It is an energy-saving and ejection-reduction process and this process has enhanced the quality of PAC flocculants. The quality of the products excels other similar products. In recent years, this patented technology has been adopted by almost all the modern production plants for high-quality poly flocculants in China and remarkable economic and environmental benefits have been achieved.
